Ilyssa Adler

Ilyssa Adler is Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs at AGBO.  Prior to joining AGBO, Ilyssa acted as Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs at Ubisoft, where she was responsible for structuring and negotiating all of the company’s efforts in the film and television space.  Before Ubisoft, Ilyssa oversaw the film, television, and new media division of a boutique entertainment law firm in Beverly Hills, and began her career as a litigator, representing artists in connection with claims for copyright infringement, net profits disputes, and defamation.  She has over a decade of experience spanning all areas of the entertainment industry and is passionate about partnering with artists to help bring their visions to life.
